About Us

My name is Janie Cashmore.

I am a qualified mindfulness, meditation and Yoga Nidra facilitator.

This space is intended to support and encourage your personal practice and growth. It offers practices and ideas for rest & restoration, to help connect to inner strength and resilience, your True Self.

Scientific research has now shown that a regular mindfulness and meditation practices can improve general well-being, blood pressure and sleep, reduce anxiety and much more. Other benefits are increased presence, greater awareness, a sense of fulfillment in your everyday life, productivity and creativity. 

I am particularly passionate about facilitating the practice of the ancient mindfulness practice of Yoga Nidra ( waking sleep) which is used by the military for PTSD and also to help with addiction therapy

I have an English accent and provide meditations in the form of Yoga Nidra (yogic waking sleep),guided relaxation, mindfulness & meditation practices - body scans, yoga nidra style, visualisations and imagery, breathing techniques, mudras and mantras - online and by audio and video content.

I am also available for live corporate and smaller wellbeing events and retreats. 

Mind Sketching promotes and expects a non-judgmental and supportive attitude from participants toward one another.
