A super relaxing 50 minute guided yoga nidra in a traditional Satyananda style.
Lie back and relax as Janie opens with a poem, followed by mindful awareness practice leading into a traditional yoga nidra practice with an invitation to set an sankalpa (seed of intention), a rotation of consciousness around the body, awakening of sensations in the body and a guided visualisation of the dawning of a new day in the mountains. This practice is opened and closed with a chime.
